Prices vary depending on the day and time that you visit. Discounts shown below are taken off the door price, and are only available when you buy your ticket online at least one day in advance. Advance booking discount is not available for tickets bought on the day of your visit.
Please note that discount vouchers or other promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with our online prices. Packages including the glass bottom boat and Behind The Scenes tour are not available to purchase in advance.
A ticket is valid for any combination of individuals. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Under 3’s are free so there is no need to book tickets.
There is no disabled rate but if you are registered disabled you will be entitled to admit one free carer with you. Please ensure that you bring documentation with you on the day such as your blue badge, DLA Letter or note from a doctor or specialist. If you are booking in advance, you do not need to book a ticket for your carer.

Entrance Ticket + Glass Bottom Boat OR Behind the Scenes Tour
Our glass bottomed boat gives you the chance to get a snorkeller’s-eye view of our huge turtles Lulu and Jersey, our shiver of tropical sharks and shoals of colourful reef fish.
The behind-the-scenes tour will immerse you in our working world where you will be shown how life support, filtration and water quality systems work, how food is prepared for the animals, plus breeding and research areas.
These tickets are not available to purchase online in advance but you can upgrade your ticket on the door for £3 per person, or £5 per person if purchasing with the glass-bottom boat (making a saving of £1!).
