If you are booking for a pre-school or language school, please call 0871 222 6932* to secure your preferential rates. Groups of 10+, youth groups, scouts and guides groups can now buy tickets online. Please note these tickets are exclusive for UK registered Scouting, Guiding & Youth Groups. Proof of identity will be required on the day of visit.

Leader Preview Visits
In order for you to make the most of visit and plan your trip we would like to offer you two leader inspection visits. This will give you the chance to familiarise yourself with the site and our facilities as well as asking our staff any questions you may have. When you book your trip, you will be sent the tickets for the visits.
VIP Tours and Additional Products
Upgrade to a VIP tour and a dedicated SEA LIFE expert will escort you around each display, giving fascinating facts and answering any burning questions! A VIP Tour last approximately 1.5 hours.
Gift packs and lunch boxes are available to purchase in advance to further simplify your trip, please enquire when booking.

Our brand new, fresh, fun and interactive activity packs provide activities and projects that your group can do before, during and after your visit to make the most of your group’s new found knowledge and enthusiasm.

Risk Assessment
Activity Pack Guidelines
- Parking: It is recommended that coaches drop groups off on Madeira Drive where there are also suitable parking bays. If you are coming by minibus or car there is ample parking along Madeira Drive for £1 per hour.
- Admission: We recommend that the group leader reports to the Front Desk to check in the group.
- Group Size: We recommend that large groups are divided into smaller supervised groups to enable the children to get the most out of their SEA LIFE adventure!
- Disability Access & Rates: Disabled access is available via Madeira Drive. The only area of the centre unable to be accessed by wheelchair users is the auditorium. For members of your group with disabilities we offer a higher ratio of 1 free adult place per disabled person.
