Native Lobster
Winkle is our Native Lobster at Great Yarmouth SEA LIFE. He was caught by a fisherman nick named ‘Winkle’. He was so big he didn’t want to cook him so gave him to us! Winkle sits in his comfortable den, and rushes to the front for squid when he’s hungry!
Winkle is 45cm long and his pincers are 8cm wide! Our keeper lays out rocks and shells for Winkle the Lobster to redecorate his environment, as he like to to re-arrange his home just as he likes it!
