Gunwalloe Big Beach Clean Up

Gweek beach clean

The Cornish Seal Sanctuary is rolling up its sleeves and taking to its local beaches as the centre joins forces with the Marine Conservation Society for its 2012 Big Beach Clean-up, supported by M&S.

The Marine Conservation Society is working with Marks & Spencer in a three year partnership for their Forever Fish campaign. The ‘Big Beach Clean Up’ is a coastal environmental initiative which calls for locals, groups and communities to make a day at the seaside in aid of protecting our fish stocks and the marine environment for the future.

The Sanctuary will be holding a beach clean at Gunwalloe Beach on Saturday 12th May 2012 at midday, and invites YOU to join the team as they undertake a big beach clean up! All attendees will receive FREE entry to the Sanctuary afterwards as a thank you for all their hard work.

For more information give the team a call on 01326 221 361. We look forward to seeing you there!
