This is where you get (a little) wet! If you’ve ever wondered what lives in the rock pools around our coast, this is the place to find out. Get really close to the wonderful creatures that live on our shores and our rock pool experts are on hand to show you how!

A sea anemone is a jellyfish’ and coral’s cousin. It belongs to a very old family of marine animals called cnidarians. They have lived in our oceans for about 500 million years!
The starfish eats shells like mussels or oysters,opening them with its legs. It’s a very long process (about 24 hours).
Crustaceans – crabs family- count more than 50 000 species! The biggest species is called the Japanese Spidercrab and can be up to 3.5m long!
