The SEA LIFE Königswinter offers disabled access and is a child-friendly place. Children under the age of three go free. Read up on our facilities and our restaurant.
Disabled access
At the SEA LIFE Königswinter, we have full disabled access with lifts to all levels. There is also a special bathroom available to suit the needs of a person with disabilities.
Bathrooms & baby-changing
Our bathrooms and baby-changing area are located adjacent to the restaurant. There are no further bathrooms inside the aquarium.
Buggy Policy
Unfortunately, there is no space for leaving your buggy. But it is possible to enter and visit the SEA LIFE Königswinter with your buggy, so you do not need to leave it at the entrance. Please ensure to be considerate of other visitors and that you block nobody's view with your buggy.
Eating and drinking
Make your visit a day trip: Eat at our Restaurant with view of the rhine and choose from a selection of food and drinks.
The restaurant is air-conditioned and has seating for 85 people. For groups of 10+ we can reserve tables, prices available on request.
A few ideas of what dishes we offer:
For Big Pirates:
- Schnitzel with chips and 0,3 l softdrink 8,90 €
- Currywurst with chips 5,95 €
- Spaghetti bolognese 6,50 €
- 9 chicken nuggets with chips 5,95 €
For Small Pirates:
- Kidzbox: 5 chicken nuggets, chips, capri sun, little toy 4,95 €
- Pirate Plate: Small Schnitzel with chips 4,95 €
- Ray Plate: Spaghetti bolognese or with tomatoe sauce 4,50 €
Coffee and Cake:
- a cup of coffee and a slice of cake of your choice 3,80 €
For hygienic reasons, the Aquarium has a strict no eating or drinking policy considering your own food. Please eat your own food outside.
All-weather fun
As the Aquarium is indoors your visit will not be affected by the weather. On rainy or snowy days you will be protected from the weather and on hot days you can cool down in our aquarium.
Dogs
It is not allowed to take dogs into the exhibition or the restaurant.
