What can a trip below the waves do for your class?

Educational Talks & Tours

SEA LIFE offer talks and tours on a variety of marine related subjects and tailors them to your groups age range and curriculum topics. All talks and tours are delivered by our education team, chosen for their ability to engage and relate to children.

For pre-school and KS1 students, we offer 20 minute sessions where our team talk about our creatures, with the help of some furry friends to introduce your pupils to the animals they will see. These are available from £2.52 pupil.

For older students from KS2, we offer 45 minute Explorer Tours exploring themes such as Predator Vs. Prey, Save our Fragile World, and Underwater World. These are available from £3.02 per pupil.

Please check with our bookings department for a full list of available educational tours and sessions available. We may also be able to offer a bespoke tour tailored to the needs of your class.

New for 2012 - Behind the Scenes Tours

There’s a lot going on beneath the surface at SEA LIFE London Aquarium and now you can team up with our expert aquarist guides to go deep behind the scenes and discover how we care for over 600 marine and fresh-water species. You’ll have privileged access to the working areas usually closed to the public where you can learn about our extensive breeding, research and conservation programmes and see how the fish food is prepared and maybe even help out at feeding time!

Behind the Scenes Tours are suitable for students of KS2 and above.
