A valid Merlin Annual Pass entitles the holder to savings of up to 20% off food, drink and retail purchases at participating locations. There are some terms and conditions which we have outlined below:

A saving of 20% will be offered to valid Merlin Annual Passholders in participating shops and restaurants at Merlin Entertainments Group attractions in the UK. A 10% saving will apply on retail purchases made in LEGOLAND Windsor shops and at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester.
To receive the saving, you must hand your valid Merlin Annual Pass ID card to a member of staff at the outlet prior to paying.
The saving will be calculated on the total cost of the goods purchased.
This offer excludes cigarettes, gift vouchers, stamps, top-ups, tickets/passes, items that have already been discounted and selected special lines.
The saving is not available in branded outlets such as, but not limited to, KFC, Burger King and Café Nero.
The saving is not valid on the Merlin Annual Pass Drink Capsule, or any other exclusive Merlin Annual Passholder products/merchandise that may become available from time-to-time.
The saving cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or sale/discounted items and is only applicable to full priced products.
Whilst we endeavour to make the saving available at as many locations as possible, some carts, stands and stalls are excluded. The saving does not apply to games and concessions.
The saving is not available on transactions made at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel.
The saving is available on transactions up to the value of £100.
We may from time to time analyse your purchase and spending data. This is confidential and will not be made available to external companies, and will only be available to the Merlin Entertainments Group.
The saving is only available to guests with a valid Merlin Annual Pass and will only be given to the named and photographed Passholder presents their valid ID card. The saving cannot be used by anyone else. Misuse will result in a Merlin Annual Pass ID card from being withheld without compensation.
Copied, damaged, lost, stolen or expired Merlin Annual Passes will not be accepted.
The offer is valid until 31/12/2012, subject to the attraction operating calendars.

Standard Merlin Annual Pass restrictions:

The not so small print: Unlimited entry is based on purchasing a Premium Merlin
Annual Pass, entry is subject to attraction operating calendars and capacity. The following exclusions apply to the Standard Merlin Annual Pass; NO entry into Madame Tussauds London, SEA LIFE London Aquarium and London Dungeon during the month of August; NO entry to the EDF Energy London Eye on the 14th February OR from 27th July – 31st August; an event booking fee will apply to Fright Nights at THORPE PARK and may apply on other event dates regardless of the time of entry or departure; NO entry to the London Dungeon or the London Eye from 29th to 31st October; the secondary attractions at Warwick Castle including the Castle Dungeon and Merlin Dragon Tower are not included. These exclusions do not apply to the Premium Merlin Annual Pass. The waterpark, extraordinary golf and spa at the Alton Towers Resort are not included with the Merlin Annual Pass. Parking is not included with the Standard Merlin Annual Pass, and
