Say Hello to Marlin...

Flipper

Greetings! My name is Marlin and I'm a grey seal. The team rescued me from Sennen Cove on 29th of January 2002. I hadn't eaten for a long while and I was very malnourished. To top it all, I was in a bit of a pickle when the Sanctuary team arrived as I was tangled in netting! Luckily, the netting hadn't caused any injuries so the crew took me back to the Sanctuary where I could have a long snooze. When I first arrived at the Sanctuary and dipped my flipper in the Convalescence pool, I didn't feel very well at all. As a blind seal, it took me a while to settle into my new home. I didn't like hanging out with my buddies in the pool and I even went of my food.

Nowadays though, I eat as many fish as I want. I don't like to brag, but I'm a bit of a pro when it comes to eating my Mackerel and Herring!
