CELEBRATE WORLD OCEANS DAY AT THE SEA LIFE LONDON AQUARIUM WITH A WEEK OF THEMED ACTIVITY
1st – 9th June 2013
The SEA LIFE London Aquarium is celebrating World Oceans Day (8th June) with a whole week of themed activity from 1st to 9th June to raise awareness for the Marine Conservation Society – with the emphasis firmly on family friendly entertainment!
Spot quirky fish-themed hats on team members around the attraction, each with a fascinating fishy story to tell. Learn fun fish facts and discover how you can help to protect vital marine species and habitats.
Donate just £2 to the Marine Conservation Society during the 11.30am ray talk and join in with an exclusive game of Ocean Bingo! You will be given a numbered ray food pot, so you can enjoy feeding these magnificant creatures whilst hoping that your number is called – tickets to Madame Tussauds London are up for grabs!
There’s also a whole aquarium to discover from an amazing array of starfish in the brand new Ocean of Stars display, to rays to rare Green sea turtles and more sharks than ever before in the Shark Reef Encounter display.
And now you can even come face to fin with these creatures in the unique Snorkel with Sharks experience, which includes a Behind the Scenes Tour, briefing and snorkel time and entry to the aquarium to see over 550 different species of marine life.
