What is the new program?
It is a cost-effective activity package for seniors in groups of 10 or more to visit at times throughout the day when SEA LIFE typically has fewer guests, which allows them to have a more enjoyable time. The program also includes lunch at the popular FireLake: Radisson Blu Restaurant.
Do we have to pay tax and/or tip at FireLake: Radisson Blu?
For your convenience, the tax and tip is included in the $15.00/person price.
What happens when we arrive at the Mall of America?
A SEA LIFE staff member will be there to help you every step of the way! When you first arrive at the Mall, a staff member will guide you to either the aquarium or the restaurant first, depending on your preference. When you are ready to go to the second location, that same staff person will meet you and guide you to your next destination.
Where do I park?
If you come by bus or shuttle, you will need to enter through the Transit Station underneath the East Ramp. If you are coming in a vehicle that is less than 7 feet tall, you can park in the East Ramp between Sears and the former Bloomingdale’s. SEA LIFE is located on the first level of the East Entrance.
What if we need a wheelchair?
The Mall of America rents both wheelchairs and electronic carts at their Customer Service Counters. There are Service Counters located at each entrance of the Mall of America. The cost to rent a wheelchair is $5.00 per day, and an electronic cart costs $30.00 per day. Both of these rentals require a $5.00 deposit that is refunded when the item is returned.
What if we bring a PCA?
If you are bringing anyone from Assisted Living or Memory Care that has special needs or is assigned a certified Personal Care Assistant for their medical needs, there is no charge for their PCA at the aquarium. Please notify us of this situation so that we can make sure the proper arrangements are made.
