Ticket Buying Guide
I'm not sure what time I'll arrive
No problem, our admission tickets are not timed so you can come along at the time that suits you.
I'd like to play Mini Golf too
Great! You can extend your stay with us and visit Pirate Adventure Mini Golf, accessible directly from SEA LIFE Scarborough. You can purchase a SEA LIFE + Mini Golf ticket which will include entry to both attractions and offers some great savings off the walk up price.
Do I need to buy a ticket for child who is under 3 years of age?
No - Children under 3 are FREE at Scarborough SEA LIFE Sanctuary and you are not required to purchase a ticket for them. If the child(ren) you are visiting with are aged 3 and over, they will require a ticket.
What's the difference between your Individual ticket and Family Saver ticket?
A Family Saver ticket is the best option if there are 2 or more people visiting together. A family saver ticket can be made up of any number of adults and children, however there must be at least one adult.
An Individual ticket is for one person who will be visiting the centre alone or visiting with someone who is exempt from payment i.e. free carer or child under 3 years of age
I'm on holiday in the area and can't print my tickets
Although it is preferrable and quicker if we have a printed copy of your ticket, you can still book your tickets online in advance and make savings if you bring along the booking reference number (or can show the email confirmation on a mobile device) and some ID that matches the booking name. We can then check our records and allow entry from there.
I'm organising a visit for a group of 10 people or more
Groups are very welcome at SEA LIFE Scarborough and can benefit from fantastic savings!
Group tickets are available to book online or by phone on +44 (0) 871 222 6937 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras)
