SEA LIFE Berlin is open again. Please read the following facts carefully. 

We recognise we’re all living in unprecedented and uncertain times, but that everyone also needs something a little magical to look forward to! Our ticket guarantee provides you with the confidence to book your ticket, safe in the knowledge that you can move it if anything interrupts your plans. Just rearrange your visit via our booking portal. This service is free of charge and you can amend your booking up to 5 times.

 

The well-being and health of our visitors has the highest priority. Therefore, we ask you to observe the following to contain the Corona Virus:

  • All guests aged 15 and over must wear a FFP2 or other medical mask during the entire stay
  • Children between 6-14 years of age are allowed to wear a surgical mask
  • children between 0-5 years of age are not required to wear a mask

Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions to protect our guests and employees - if your health is not able to wear an FFP2 or other medical mask, please postpone your visit to us!

COVID Test

  • Until further notice, access to SEA LIFE Berlin is only possible with a valid, negative COVID test. You can get tested close by.
  • Evidence is required for all guests aged 6 and over. For pupils, who are being tested on regular basis at school, a test is not required. They just need to show their school student card.
  • Only professionally performed and certified tests are recognized.
  • The test must not be older than 24 hours at the time of entry into the attraction (the test time is decisive for this).
  • A quick test / self-test without an officially issued result is NOT permitted.

Proof of vaccination

The obligation to submit a valid, negative COVID test does not apply if corresponding vaccination documentation can be submitted for a vaccination against the SARS-CoV-2 corona virus that has been fully completed for at least 15 days.

Recovered from Covid-19

Those who have recovered are now treated like those who have been tested and fully vaccinated and do NOT need a negative test. They must present an officially issued, positive PCR test result (PCR test that is at least 28 days and a maximum of 6 months old).

Safety and hygiene at site

If you have any symptoms that may be part of an infection with the virus COVID-19 or if you have been in contact with a person who got diagnosed positive for the virus, we kindly ask you to postpone your visit at one of our aquariums.

Please pay attention to the mouthguard regulations. All guests aged 15 and over must wear a FFP2 or other medical mask during the entire stay. Please note: To be able to guarantee distances and capacity limits, we currently ask you to walk only in one direction within the attraction. Thank you for your understanding!

Paying contactless

We kindly ask you to refrain from paying with cash and use contactless paying methods like purchasing online tickets or payment by credit/debit card.

Please note: Entrance is only possible with pre-booked online time slot tickets!

FAQ: Purchasing a ticket

To be able to control our capacities inside our attraction we offer online tickets with an allocated time slot for your visit. Every time slot only allows a certain number of visitors to enter our attraction to secure the minimum distance between people at all times. Our employees will scan your online ticket contactless from your mobile phone or from a printed sheet.

Yes, from now on it is possible to amend your visit date up to 5 times via our booking portal. To register, you need the confirmation number of your booking and the e-mail address you used for the booking.

If your desired day or time slot is not available, the time slot has reached its maximum capacity. Please choose another time slot for your own safety. 

You still have the opportunity to purchase tickets at site. However, we kindly ask you not to pay with cash to minimize the contact between people. 

We included capacities for people who already have tickets and didn't select a time slot beforehand. Just come and talk to one of our employees and they will add you to the next possible time slot.

FAQ: Your visit

Yes, the time of your visit is limited to 90 minutes.

Children under the age of 5 don't have to wear a mask. Children between 6 and 14 years are allowed to wear a surgical mask and teens at the age of 15 and over have to wear a FFP2 mask in our attraction.

The well-being and health of our visitors and employees are our highest priorities, that's why we cannot provide the following experiences at the moment: Show feedings and touch pools.

FAQ: SEA LIFE Annual Pass

Every SEA LIFE annual pass that has been already purchased will keep its validity. The period of validity will start on the first day of activation in one of our attractions.

Due to the temporary closure, the period of activation of the online tickets will be extended: After the reopening of our attractions you have six weeks to activate your annual pass. 

Please keep in mind that the SEA LIFE annual pass can only be activated in the SEA LIFE location over which you purchased the pass online.
