There is just over 72,000 liters of water in our seals' tank which is a combination of fresh and salt water!

Our seals are hungry mammals!

They feast up to three times a day with their diet consisting mainly of herring.

Interestingly, seals only spend about 20% of their time on land - usually for breeding purposes.

You'll most likely find our seals swimming and even feeding from the water!

Meet our fostered friends!

We are excited to announce we have fostered a pair of rescued seals! Meet them in our new state-of-the-art Mammal Rescue Facility.

The rescued seals have medical conditions which will prevent them from ever surviving in the wild and they will be fostered from Sea Life Centres in Hunstanton and Scarborough respectively in order to make critical space within rehabilitation hospitals for the coastal sites during their heightened “pup season”, when demand for rescues of common seals in Britain is at an all-time high.
