ADMISSION WITH EU DIGITAL COVID CERTIFICATE OR VACCINATION CERTIFICATE/SWAB.

Starting from August 6, in order to access Lido di Jesolo SEA LIFE Aquarium, all guests from 12 years old will be required to present an EU digital COVID certificate to reception staff, in digital or paper format.

For a transitional period, as an alternative to the EU digital COVID certificate, one of the following documents is sufficient:

  • certificate of vaccination (1st dose is sufficient)
  • negative result of a molecular or antigen test, carried out in the previous 48 hours
  • certificate of recovery from SARS-CoV-2 infection in the previous 6 months

Children under the age of 12 are exempt from screening and can enter without the EU digital COVID certificate.

Exemption is also extended to certain individuals on the basis of appropriate medical certification issued according to criteria laid down by the Italian Ministry of Health.

Guests will also need to present a valid ID.

In the absence of such documentation, access to Lido di Jesolo SEA LIFE Aquarium will not be permitted.

The use of facemasks remains compulsory in enclosed or crowded areas; also, a minimum 1-metre social distance must be maintained from others in all areas of the Aquarium, and advance booking of Aquarium visit is still required.

Who is SEA LIFE Jesolo for?

SEA LIFE Jesolois predominantly aimed at children aged 3 - 14 year olds, but is suitable for everyone.

SEA LIFE Jesolo is suitable for everybody however if you are under the age of 110 you will need to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above. You may be asked to produce I.D upon arrival to prove your age so please ensure you have this handy to avoid disappointment.

Helpful information about tickets

We have many different options for booking and purchasing tickets. You can pre-book online or on the day here at SEA LIFE Jesolo. Please note that tickets booked online cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or deal and vouchers.

Unfortunately we do not accept these card types for payment.

If you have been charged twice please contact our bookings line on 0871 221 2483 (Calls to this number cost 13p per minute plus your providers access charge) or alternatively email us at info@sealifemanchester.co.uk for further information and help.

If you have double booked please make sure that you have the card that was used to make the booking and your double booking will be refunded it. Please email at  ticketclic.info@bestunion.com your reservation code (WEBxxxxxx) and the reasons for the cancellation.  Refund process will take from 30 to 60 days to be completed. 

Your Experience

The visit should last about 1 hour in order to fully enjoy SEA LIFE Jesolo. However, it's up to you how long you want to stay immersed in the wonderful marine world!

When you arrive at the aquarium you will find that we have a general queue line (those who need tickets) and, in pick season a priority queue line (those who already have tickets). Depending on which ticket you have purchased/wanting to purchase will depend on where you need to queue. Please ask one of our very friendly members of staff who will be more than happy to assist you and show you which queue to join.

For the health and safety of you and our animals, we ask that you do not touch any of our animals. We have a rock-pool display where you are welcome to touch our shark eggs under the supervision of our fully trained staff. 

There are many feeding sessions during the day, which you can attend.


However, it is forbidden for guests to feed the animals.

Yes you can as we want you to take your memories of our creature’s home with you, however we do not permit the use of any flash photography as this can scare and harm and even blind our creatures. The use of tripods is also not permitted and if you wish to use a tripod you will need to arrange this with our marketing team.

We unfortunately do not have any cloakroom facilities for you to be able to store your belongings, this includes pushchairs. Please ask a member of staff for more information. 

We do have a gift shop and this is located at the exit of SEA LIFE Jesolo. This is also accessible without entry to the SEA LIFE Jesolo itself. To contact our gift shop please email your query to info@sealife-jesolo.it

Eating and drinking within the aquarium is not permitted so therefore please do not bring your own snacks and refreshments with you. Your entry tickets are valid all day however so you can exit to eat and then re-enter at your convenience.

We also have a cafè inside the shop area.

We do not have any facilities where you can buy lunch, however you ticket is valid all day so you are able to exit to get lunch. Eating and drinking is not permitted in the Aquarium. If you are a school group, please call the contact centre for use of our school lunch room.

All tickets are valid for the whole day, so you are free to enter and exit at your leisure. Please ensure your however that your hand is stamped before exiting so that you can gain re-entry.

Currently we do not have a place designated for nursing mothers,  however staff on the day will be only too happy to assist you in finding somewhere private.
