FAQ

The SEA LIFE Konigswinter is developed barrier-free and has two elevators, which make all levels of the aquarium accessible. Of course there is also an appropriate WC, which is usable with wheelchair. The WC's are located in the restaurant area. There are no other toilets in the exhibition itself.

All visitors with a disabled pass receive a discount. Persons with a "B" in their pass may bring an accompanying person free of charge. A ticket is required for yourself.

All tickets for people with disabilities are only available at our box office.

We are looking forward to your visit!

We are completely air-conditioned.

Your visit to SEA LIFE is completely independent of the weather and is a lot of fun in every season - protected from rain and snow and air-conditioned on hot days.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in the whole attraction.

Of course we make an exception for guide dogs.

As part of your trip to the magical underwater world, take the opportunity to take an exciting photo alongside some of the most exciting underwater animals. Capture the memories of meeting dangerous sharks and other surprises from the oceans. You can't hide this photo from your friends later and show them what an exciting day you had among some of the most notorious creatures of the seas.

Please be sure to turn off the flash, as it may frighten our residents.

The SEA LIFE Konisgwinter is barrier-free and child friendly. Entrance for small children under three years is free of charge.

The most fun to visit is for children between 4-11 years of age, but of course it depends on their interests and can also be very exciting for older children. Our aquarium is recommended for those who are interested in the underwater world.
Did you already know: Many of our tanks and aquariums are bottom-deep, here the little visitors have a free view of our inhabitants.

The WC's and the changing station are located in the restaurant area. There are no other toilets in the exhibition.

For reasons of space there is unfortunately no possibility to park prams. Due to the barrier-free construction, you can take your pram with you into the aquarium (please do not park directly in front of the pools, so that other visitors can also have a clear view).

Please note that children under 15 years of age are only admitted when accompanied by an adult.
