In order to manage our capacity and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit, all of our visitors must now pre-book, including those with passes, already in possession of tickets or wishing to use a promotional voucher.

If you require a free carer ticket, please reserve this separately under 'other tickets,' - you must bring your blue badge or DLA letter to the attraction with you. 

Please do not attempt to visit the attraction once we re-open without a timed entry ticket or reservation.

If you have a Merlin Annual Pass, a Local or National SEA LIFE pass or a SEA LIFE season pass, booking you time slot is simple! Just book online here and walk straight into the attraction at your designated time.
