If you’re planning to buy your tickets on the day of your visit from our ticket office, here’s some important information you need to know about.
During off-peak periods you can purchase a ticket from our main entrance and enter the attraction within a few minutes, with a security check and photo opportunity before you enter. There may be a small queue whilst you wait for your security check.
During peak periods, such as school holidays and weekends, we are extremely popular and all ticket holders must book into a time slot (This includes the Merlin's Magical London Pass, Standard tickets and Merlin Annual Pass holders).
During busy periods, the line to purchase/collect tickets can be in excess of 60 minutes long, with the next available time slot being up to 2 hours ahead from when you reach the front of the queue.
We strongly recommend purchasing tickets online and selecting the Print at Home option in order to skip out the step of having to visit our desk to collect your tickets. Please note, when you arrive for your time slot, there can be a small wait to enter the attraction whilst you we complete a security check on all guests.
