In peak periods, ALL ticket holders must book into a time slot - including our Merlin Annual Pass holders! 

As a MAP holder, you may book your time slot in one of two ways:

1. Book online here for £1 and walk straight into the attraction at your designated time for £1 per person! This option saves you queuing at the attraction. 

2. Visit our attractions to book into the next available time slot on the day (subject to availability) at no cost. 

But please note that during busy periods, the next available time slot might be over an hour ahead of time, and you will have to queue.

Top Tip for Collecting your Merlin Annual Pass!

During school holidays and weekends, SEA LIFE London can become extremely busy between 11am - 3pm, therefore we would encourage you to collect your Merlin Annual Pass’ between 9:30am – 11am or after 3pm to avoid extended waiting times. Please check opening times before visiting.  

Standard Exclusions

  • No entrance into any of Merlin’s Central London attractions during the month of August 2018: The London Dungeon, SEA LIFE London, DreamWorks Tours: Shrek’s Adventure! London, Madame Tussauds London, and The London Eye.
  • No entry to The London Dungeon, SEA LIFE London, DreamWorks Tours Shrek’s Adventure! London, Madame Tussauds London, and The London Eye on UK Bank Holidays including but not limited to 1st January 2019, 30th March 2019, 2nd April 2019, 7th May 2019, 28th May 2019, 25th December 2019 and 26th December 2019.
  • No entry to the London Eye on 14th February 2019.
  • No entry to the London Dungeon 26th October to 28th October 2019 (inclusive).
  • No entry into FRIGHT NIGHTS at THORPE PARK Resort.
  • No entry into Chessington, THORPE PARK, Warwick Castle, LEGOLAND Windsor, Alton Towers every Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout August.
  • No entry into Chessington, THORPE PARK, Warwick Castle, LEGOLAND Windsor, Alton Towers 1st and 2nd September 2019
  • Secondary attractions at Warwick Castle including, but not limited to, the Castle Dungeon will be subject to additional charges.
