Important information for the group ticket:
- Valid for minimum 10 persons (from the age of 2 years up).
- Bookings only accepted online. Booking/Paying at the entrance is not accepted.
- Binding booking that cannot be cancelled.
- Rebooking are possible and free of charge. You can rebook your ticket on our website up to 5 times before the day of the visit. After the visit date has passed, no adjustment is possible.
- Toddlers (aged 0-2 years): free of charge slot reservation is possible within the booking process. Please be aware that kids under 3 are not counted for the minimum kids number for the group.
- Group tickets cannot be combined with other Onlinetickets, rebate offers, vouchers or annual passes.
- Ad-ons/services can be booked at the attraction and paid by card (e.g. Guidebooks, Activity Packs).
