WHAT WE HAVE AT THE AQUARIUM

Disabled Access

The Sanctuary has disabled access and has mobility maps available to ensure you don't miss out on anything during your visit to The Scottish SEA LIFE Sanctuary. There are also disabled toilets in the Sanctuary.

Unfortunately for activities such as the Seal Feeding experience, there is no wheelchair access due to the stairwell to the area.

TOILETS
& BABY CHANGING

There are toilets and baby changing facilities within the centre.

BUGGY POLICY

This aquarium is fully buggy accessible. Please ask a member of staff for a mobility map, which shows the best route to take with a pram, to make sure you don't miss out on anything during your visit.

We unfortunately do not have any cloakroom facilities for you to be able to store your belongings.

EATING & DRINKING

The Scottish SEA LIFE Sanctuary has a coffee shop on site selling a wide range of confectionery, hot and cold drinks and snacks such as soup and sandwiches.

Please note that the coffee shop will be closed from November to March. However hot drinks and snacks are available to purchase from the gift shop.

DOGS
& OTHER ANIMALS

Please note we do not admit dogs unless they are guide dogs.

If you have an animal that you wish to donate, please contact scottishsealifemarketing@merlinentertainments.biz and our Curators will consider your donation. Please note that we will not be able to take every animal and please do not put your animals at risk by arriving at the attraction with them.
