Ticket information in connection to lockdown 15 December to 9 February.

Unfortunately, Sea Life Scheveningen will be closed from December 15 until the 9th of February.

If you purchased tickets through our website or booked a time slot during this period, we can do the following for you:

  • Changing the visit date and booking
  • Cancel the visit and refund the purchase price of the tickets.

If you bought tickets from a 3rd party/other ticket partners (such as Tripper, Social Deal, Albert Heijn etc.) for SEA LIFE Scheveningen and you want to cancel them, you have to contact the 3rd party yourself, unfortunately, we cannot refund them for you.
