Student drop-off and bus parking:

All buses should drop off students at the Transit Station underneath the East parking ramp. Drop-off area is for loading and unloading only.

Education Parking & Directions

Chaperone Policy
One free chaperone is allowed per 10 students for classroom programs. Teachers are included when determining the number of chaperones. Additional chaperones will be charged an admission fee. Advanced reservations are required. SEA LIFE Minnesota reserves the right to request that chaperones remain in the exhibit area if classrooms have too many participants.

Special Needs
To ensure the best possible experience, please call in advance to make arrangements for children with special needs. The aquarium is wheelchair accessible.

Lunch
SEA LIFE Minnesota Aquarium does not have an on-site lunch area for your students. We would be happy to store your lunches in a designated area during your group’s adventure.

Education Chaperones & Special Needs

Once you’ve made your reservation, we will mail you a confirmation letter, invoice, directions, bus parking information and other related information to make your visit easy and enjoyable. Please return your signed contract within one week of receiving it.

Education Confirmation Materials

Reservations
To make reservations, please call us at 952.853.0612. Reservations must be made in advance, we request 2-4 weeks advanced notice. Non-public schools must provide a copy of tax exempt forms to the Group Sales Office at the time of booking.

Payment
To ensure a quick check-in process, payment is requested one week prior to your scheduled event. However, payment may also be made upon arrival.

Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your education program or reduce the number of attendees, we require at least two weeks notice. Upon arrival, you will be required to pay for the number of individuals for whom you have made a reservation. We are unable to refund tour and program fees if you have fewer attendees than the number reserved. Aquarium tickets will be given for those participants unable to attend. If you require additional tickets, they may be purchased on the day of your visit. Schools reserve the right to reschedule visits due to inclement weather and SEA LIFE Minnesota reserves the right to cancel classes at any time.

Late Arrivals
If a group is more than 15 minutes late, SEA LIFE Minnesota reserves the right to cancel a classroom program and retain payment.
