Dive into the newly rebranded SEA LIFE COEX, Seoul Aquarium!

Great experience for children or adults! The displays and tanks were very creative and fun to look at. There's a mermaid show, photo opportunities, and a gift shop. Most signage was displayed in English in addition to Korean which was super helpful for me. The Cafe was also pretty good and very fairly priced.

I bought the tickets on site and it took 1-2 minutes for it to be processed and QR code to be usable. The aquarium was very whimsical as compared to SEA aquarium in SG so that was really interesting. There was even a mermaid performance of The Little Mermaid.

Family Concept Aquarium

It was surprisingly refreshing to see a warm and cosy family friendly aquarium design, when the world is going all classy & futuristic-style. I saw some fishes that I had not before at Japan, Singapore & Taiwan aquariums. They even have prairie dogs and a squirrel, love it! Note: the latest feeding and show times are posted at the entrance. Check that before you enter!

This was my second visit here - I also visited in 2018. This is such a nice aquarium. The tanks and animal enclosures are well maintained and the fish and animals seem well cared for and happy. It was so relaxing to walk around and look at the fish especially since it was a rainy day out. I recommend visiting here and spending at least a couple of hours looking around.

It's an excellently built aquarium. Full of themed zones, lots of exhibiting creatures and an entertaining show. Suitable for all ages to visit.
