HOW TO RESERVE YOUR PARTY:
- Birthday parties must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance and are subject to availability.
- Enjoy the aquarium as long as you like after your time in the party room
- Most suitable for children ages 4-12 years old
- 10 paid guest (adults & children) minimum required to book
- Pizza and drinks provided
- Payment is taken at time of booking in order to reserve your party package, date and time.
- Annual Pass Holders receive a 10% discount on birthday party tickets
- No other discounts will be applied
- Birthday parties cannot be refunded within 4 weeks of party date.
PLEASE ARRIVE AND CHECK IN AT THE ADMISSION DESK AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR RESERVED TIME:
- Bring your order confirmation number
- Late arrival will not push back your time in the party room
- We will check your final guest count and give wristbands to your guests
YOU AND YOUR GUESTS WILL BE LED TO THE BIRTHDAY PARTY ROOM:
- Please ensure your entire group has arrived by your scheduled party time
- Any guests who arrive late will have to wait for a manager to lead them in separately
- Time for gifts (if you choose)
- A member of our staff will help clean up the Party Room
- Your group will not be permitted back into the party room after your party ends
- You may take gifts and personal items out to your car and then return to the aquarium
