Booking with confidence guarantee
You can book our tickets with the peace of mind that you can rebook and reschedule them up to one day of your planned visit if something interferes with your plans. Rebooking is completely free of charge and possible for up to 5 times.
Once you have booked your ticket, you can change your visit date within a time window of 90 days up to one day before your visit. It is not possible to adjust the date on the day of your planned visit. To manage your booking through our booking portal, you will need your booking confirmation number and the email address used to make the booking.

1. Please book your ticket online. All online tickets include a time slot reservation.
2. The booked time slot is valid for 15 minutes and expires afterwards.
3. In the case of special tickets such as annual passes, disabled tickets, free birthday children or certain promotions, we recommend reserving free time slots online in advance. The tickets can then be purchased on site at the box office.
4. Vouchers 2 for 1 / child free: Vouchers that are only valid in combination with a full-paying adult, e.g. the holiday pass can only be redeemed on site. The vouchers are not valid in combination with an online ticket. We recommend to reserve a free time slot for the visit.
5. If you want to redeem a discount voucher, click here and enter your code. Your promo code doesn't work or there is no number on the voucher? But the voucher is still valid? In this case, please reserve a time slot and redeem the voucher on site at the cash desk.
