Admission is currently only possible with a pre-booked online ticket or time slot reservation. If you book a time slot reservation, you buy the actual ticket on site (no cash payment at the moment!).
Our online tickets automatically include a time slot reservation, you don't need a separate reservation.
Booking with confidence guarantee
We recognise we’re all living in unprecedented and uncertain times, but that everyone also needs something a little magical to look forward to! Our ticket guarantee provides you with the confidence to book your ticket, safe in the knowledge that you can move it if anything interrupts your plans.
The guarantee is free of charge. You are covered in the event of
- our attraction being closed due to the instruction of local authorities
- travel restrictions
- you being unable to travel due to sickness and/or isolation
You can change your ticket dates up to 5 times via our booking portal. For login, all you need is the confirmation number as well as the e-mail address you used for the ticket order.Login to Booking Portal
- Time slot reservation for Annual Pass holders (SEA LIFE Annual Pass, Merlin Annual Pass & Merlin Premium Annual Pass)
- Time slot reservation for pre-booked tickets, e.g. for partners and combination tickets
- Time slot reservation for other tickets and discount vouchers, free tickets
1. Please book your ticket online. All online tickets include a time slot reservation.
2. The booked time slot is valid for 30 minutes and expires afterwards.
3. Visits with special tickets such as annual passes, disabled tickets, free birthday children or certain promotions must be reserved online with a free time slot reservation. The actual tickets can then be bought on site at the cash desk.
4. Vouchers 2 for 1 / child free: Vouchers that are only valid in combination with a full-paying adult, e.g. the holiday pass can only be redeemed on site. The vouchers are not valid in combination with an online ticket. Please reserve a free time slot for the visit.
5. Please note that we currently only accept card payments at the cash desk.
