Price advantages
We guarantee: On ‘popular days’ (weekends, public holidays, bridge days and during the Bavarian school holidays) you will always pay a lower price online than on site at our ticket office.
Have you booked a ticket but your plans have changed?
You can book our tickets with the peace of mind that you can rebook and reschedule them free of charge up to one day of your planned visit if something interferes with your plans.
Once you have booked your ticket, you can change your visit date one-time within a time window of 90 days up to one day before your visit. To manage your booking through our booking portal, you will need your booking confirmation number and the email address used to make the booking.
Premium products
Some of our experiences can only be booked online. We do not offer these premium products at our box office.

You can secure your online ticket in advance for your preferred admission time.
Please note: We have capacity limits which we ensure by pre-booking. If a day can no longer be booked, we have no more capacity on that day. In this case please select another day for your visit.
