Want to give a shark a snack?  Get closer than ever before to these amazing creatures with one of our VIP feeding experiences!


Feed the largest collection of shark species in Scotland and learn more about these fascinating and misunderstood creatures. Our collection includes Black Tip Reef Sharks, White Tip Reef Sharks, Bamboo Sharks, Bonnethead Sharks and a large Guitar Shark, as well as our stingrays. This experience includes:


  • Entry into SEA LIFE Loch Lomond on the day of your feeding experience
  • 30 minute shark feeding experience
  • Complimentary guidebook
  • A trained Aquarist to tell you about our sharks' diet and habitat


Our Shark feeds take place at 13.30 every second day. Please call the centre to check if there will be a shark feed on your desired date.


  • £40 per person 
  • Children must be aged 8 or over to take part in this experience and be accompanied by a paying adult aged 16 or over (therefore the experience will be £80 as the adult must also pay for the experience)
  • Maximum of two adults (aged 16+) or one adult and two children (aged 8-15) per feeding session.
  • You must wear sensible clothing on the day of the feed (trousers, flat shoes, no loose jewellery) as the feed will take place at the top of the tank.
  • You will not be in the water at any point so waterproof clothing/towels/swimwear are not required
  • Shark feeding takes place every second day at 13.30, please call to check whether there will be a shark feed on your desired date.
  • Please arrive at least half an hour before the feed is due to start so our staff can carry out a safety briefing and get you ready for your feed.
  • VIP Feeding experiences cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discount vouchers
  • You must call at least 48 hours in advance of the date you wish to visit to book your feed

Covid-19 Update

As part of the Government’s containment plan for the COVID-19 coronavirus, we have been advised to temporarily close SEA LIFE Loch Lomond - effective 20th March.
