SEA LIFE Loch Lomond is suitable for everybody however if you are under the age of 16 you will need to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above. You may be asked to produce I.D upon arrival to prove your age so please ensure you have this handy to avoid disappointment.

There is no disabled rate but if you are registered disabled you will be entitled to admit one free carer with you. Please ensure that you bring documentation with you on the day such as your blue badge, DLA Letter or note from a doctor or specialist. If you are booking online in advance, you do not need to book a ticket for your carer.
On average it will take you 1.5 to 2 hours to enjoy the full experience of SEA LIFE Loch Lomond. However this depends completely on you and how long you would like to enjoy our underwater world.
For the health and safety of you and our animals, we ask that you do not touch any of our animals unless invited to by a member of staff. We have a rock-pool display where you are welcome to touch our starfish and other creatures under the supervision of our fully trained staff.
There are many feeds and talks that you can watch but unfortunately we do not allow customers to participate. Please view our Talks and Feeding times page for information on all the feeds and talks we do daily.
We offer a VIP feeding experience with our collection of sharks. These are £40 per person and take place every other day, please call the centre on 01389 721 500 (office hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm) to check dates & availability. Yes, you can, as we want you to take your memories of our creatures home with you! However, we do not permit the use of any flash photography as this can scare, harm and even blind our creatures. The use of tripods is also not permitted and if you wish to use a tripod you will need to arrange this with our marketing team.
We unfortunately do not have any cloakroom facilities for you to be able to store your belongings. We do have an area where you can leave your pushchairs but as this is unsupervised and unsecured any belongings left there are at the owner’s own risk. Please ask a member of staff for more information.
We do have a gift shop and this is located at the exit of SEA LIFE Loch Lomond. This is also accessible without entry to the SEA LIFE Loch Lomond itself.
We have a coffee shop located on the third floor of the building which serves sandwiches, paninis, soup, baked potatoes and hot dogs. Your ticket is also valid all day so you are able to exit to use the picnic spaces within the National Park. If you are a school group, please call us to discuss use of our school room for lunch.
All tickets are valid for the whole day, so you are free to enter and exit at your leisure. Please ensure your however that your hand is stamped before exiting so that you can gain re-entry.
Currently we do not have a place designated for nursing mothers; however staff on the day will be only too happy to assist you in finding somewhere private if needed.
Pets are not permitted in the building. Guide dogs are however welcome.
Yes, however spaces are limited so we recommend applying early to avoid disappointment! These programmes are for students who are studying a relevant course, such as Marine Biology, and are undertaking a relevant research project. Yes! Employees are issued with a pass enabling them, their friends and family to experience many of our fabulous attractions and theme parks.
Eligibility to work in the UK is a prerequisite for employment with Merlin. You will need to provide proof of right to work in the UK when you come in for an Interview.
There are certain requirements for different roles, at each attraction. Generally you have to be at least 16 years old or above to apply.
For some roles, such as in Security, you'll need to be 21 or over to satisfy our insurance requirements.
