Covid-19 Guest Information

UPDATE 05.01.21

Following the recent update from the Scottish Government in response to COVID-19, we are following the latest guidance and will remain temporarily closed as a precautionary measure.   

We are in contact with the relevant authorities and will work to reopen the attraction to guests as soon as we are able to do so.   

When we re-open, pre-booking your visit online is essential for all guests (including passholders). The health and safety of our guests and staff is always our number one priority. In line with the latest Government guidance, we will continue to have a number of additional hygiene and safety measures in place, which you’ll see when you next visit.

Ticket Information & Bookings

Following the latest update from the Scottish Government on its response to COVID-19 and the planned move of mainland Scotland into level 4 from the 26th December, SEA LIFE Loch Lomond will be temporarily closed as of Wednesday 24th December.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and reopen when we are able to do so.  Please keep checking our website and social media channels for the latest information.   

If you have booked a ticket to visit us in the near future, your ticket may need to be revalidated if we are closed on your visit date and you will be able to rearrange your visit for a later date. Once we have an authorised re-opening date, we will be making tickets available to those customers to rebook, with varying extension dates based on the ticket type you have purchased.   


If your tickets were purchased through a third-party, we ask you to contact the company directly. If they require any information from us, please email our Guest Experience Team via our Facebook page and we will be more than happy to help.  

Please get in touch with our Guest Experience Team via our Facebook page including your Name and Booking Number in the message, and we will assist you further. We anticipate high email volumes over the next few days and appreciate your patience as our team works through all inquiries.  

If you have booked SUN Superdays tickets to visit SEA LIFE during a time that we are closed, your ticket will be revalidated so you can rearrange your visit for a later date. We’ll be extending the original booking period beyond 12th February.
