Reserve your time slot for guaranteed admission

Only with an online ticket for a booked time slot or a time slot reservation for other tickets can we guarantee the admission. The time slot is already part of the online ticket, no further reservation is necessary. All other ticket types require a time slot reservation.

We have capacity limits which we ensure by pre-booking. If a day can no longer be booked, we have no more capacity on that day. In this case please select another day for your visit.

You need to book a time slot if:

• you have a free ticket
• you are an annual pass holder
• you want to use a promotion code/voucher
• you have a child under 3 years
