General information

Due to severe capacity limitations, admission is currently only possible with a pre-booked online ticket or time slot. There is no ticket sale on site.
IMPORTANT:We can only guarantee admission if you arrive on time within the booked time slot.

If a day can no longer be booked, we have no more capacity on that day. In this case please choose another day for your visit. Please make sure that you have chosen the right day for your visit before completing your order.

Please note that due to limited capacity and high demand we can currently only admit visitors with an online booked ticket or a time slot reservation (for annual passes, tickets booked in advance etc.)! If you book a ticket online, you do not need a time slot reservation. This is already included in the online ticket. If you have an annual pass or another ticket, you need a time slot reservation.

Booking with confidence guarantee

We recognise we’re all living in unprecedented and uncertain times, but that everyone also needs something a little magical to look forward to! Our ticket guarantee provides you with the confidence to book your ticket, safe in the knowledge that you can move it if anything interrupts your plans.

The guarantee is free of charge. You are covered in the event of

  • our attraction being closed due to the instruction of local authorities
  • travel restrictions
  • you being unable to travel due to sickness and/or isolation

You can change your ticket dates up to 5 times via our booking portal. For login, all you need is the confirmation number as well as the e-mail address you used for the ticket order.

Booking assistance: Which ticket or time slot do I need to book?

Please book the regular entrance ticket (see below) and select your day of visit and an available time slot. If your desired time is no longer displayed, the capacity for this is unfortunately completely exhausted. The time slot reservation is already included in your online ticket, you do not need an additional reservation.

You have a discount voucher? Click here and enter the name of the voucher or the numbers of the PLU under "Promotion Code" and get your online ticket! (Example for digits: PLU 123456 => Input: 123456)

If your desired time is no longer displayed when selecting the visit date/time, the capacity is unfortunately completely exhausted. The time slot reservation is already stored in your online ticket, you do not need an additional reservation.
The original voucher must be presented on the day of your visit together with the online ticket.

If you have problems entering the promotion code, book a free time slot for "other tickets" for each person and show it together with your discount voucher at the cash desk. The entrance fee can then be paid directly by EC- or credit card. Due to the current situation we do not accept cash at the moment.

Book a time slot for "annual passes" (free of charge) and choose your visiting day and your desired time. If your desired time is no longer displayed, the capacity for this time is unfortunately completely exhausted. On the day of your visit, present the annual pass(es) together with the time slot booking at the ticket office.

Book a time slot for "pre-booked tickets" (free of charge) for each ticket and present your ticket(s) at the box office on the day of your visit together with your time slot booking.

Book a time slot for "other tickets" (free of charge) for all free tickets and present them at the cash desk on the day of your visit together with your time slot booking.
