Disabled Access

At the Aquarium, we have disabled access throughout the Sanctuary and also disabled toilets available within the centre.

Unfortunately for certain areas, such as the underwater seal viewing window you cannot get direct access, but can still view the seal enclosure from the raised decking and the pathway around the outside of the enclosure.  Secondly the shark and turtle feeding experience requires the individual to walk up a stairwell to access the feeding platform above the ocean display.

We recommend you call the site on 01485 533576 to speak to a member of the team before your visit.

Disabled Facilities

At our attraction we have a large disabled toilet located near the entrance to the aquarium with hand rails and integrated alarm system. Unfortunately we don't have parking for any visitors and the nearest car park maybe unsuitable for wheel chair uses due to the uneven grass surface. We recommend wheel chair users park at the Oasis car park (Sat Nav: PE36 5BQ) and use the promenade to access the sanctuary.

Carer Policy

At Hunstanton SEA LIFE Sanctuary, we can offer one free carer admission for each guest requiring support on their visit. Proof of eligibility may be required in the form of a DLA letter, Person Independence Payment letter, Attendance Allowance or Disabled Blue Badge.

Promotions

Guests with a disability pay the standard individual price for a ticket, either online or on the day and are entitled to one free carer. We allow any guest to use a promotion in conjunction with the terms and conditions stated on the voucher in use.  If tickets are brought online, we will admit one carer free of charge on the day, however proof of disability will be required such as; Blue Badge, Carer ID, Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter or DLA letter.
