As we reopen, we need to manage our capacity to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit. The best way to do this is to ensure that all of our visitors are pre-booked, including those with passes, already in possession of tickets or wishing to use a promotional voucher.
Please do not attempt to visit the attraction without a timed entry ticket or reservation. Guests who arrive with no tickets will be asked to go online and reserve a time slot in order to be able to visit, due to our limited capacity.
Guests with pre-booked tickets are guaranteed entry, however may have to join the queue if the reception desk is busy.
