FAQs
The SEA LIFE Speyer is barrier-free and has two lifts which make all levels accessible. Of course, there is also a corresponding WC, which can be used with a wheelchair.
All visitors with a "B" in their disabled pass may bring an accompanying person free of charge. A ticket is required for yourself. Of course you can buy this ticket in our online shop.
As our aquarium is housed exclusively in the building, your visit is independent of the weather and is great fun at any time of the year - protected from rain and snow and on hot summer days you can treat yourself to a cooling off with us.
Dogs are not allowed in the whole attraction, this might scare some of our residents. However, we make an exception for guide dogs.
Admission for infants under two years of age is free.
For which age group is the SEA LIFE Speyer suitable?
Children between the ages of 4-11 years enjoy a visit most of all, but of course this depends on the respective interests and can be very exciting for some older children.
Did you know: Many of our tanks and aquariums are ground level, so both young and old visitors have a clear view of our inhabitants.
WCs and baby changing facilities
The toilets as well as the nappy-changing room are located on the upper floor. There are no other toilets in the exhibition.
Pram
Due to lack of space there is unfortunately no possibility to park the pram. If necessary, you can take it with you to the exhibition because of the barrier-free construction. On busy days, such as weekends and public holidays, we recommend not taking a pram with you if possible, as this will lead to space problems in the exhibition.
Please be considerate of other guests and make sure that they also have a free view of the pools.
Please note that children under the age of 15 are only admitted when accompanied by an adult.
As part of your trip to the magical underwater world, take the opportunity to take an exciting photo alongside some of the most exciting underwater animals. Capture the memories of meeting dangerous sharks and other surprises from the oceans. You can't hide this photo from your friends later and show them what an exciting day you had among some of the most notorious creatures of the seas.
Please be sure to turn off the flash, as it may frighten our residents.
