Information about tickets and discount vouchers
We have several discount vouchers and actions. Please read all the terms and conditions carefully and check the validity of the voucher before visiting us.
Discount vouchers, promotions and internet cards cannot be combined with each other. Please make sure that you always take the original voucher and return them to us at the checkout. Discount vouchers are only valid for the full entrance price and cannot be used for group visits, school trips, children's parties and any other arrangements.

Yes! At the till you are able to upgrade your ticket to a combination ticket with LEGOLAND Discovery Centre. You are also able too book your combination tickets online in advance. For more information, click here.
Yes. You can change your reservation up to 3 times via our online booking portal. Use your order number (starts with #60) and your e-mail or the last digits of the ticket ID. You find this info in the confirmation e-mail.

SEA LIFE Scheveningen is fun for everybody! Everyone can enjoy our beautiful underwater world.
An average visit takes 1.5 hours
On average, people stay inside for about 1 to 1.5 hours to see everything calmly. This of course depends on you and your interest in underwater life. It can take much longer but also shorter.
At SEA LIFE Scheveningen, we have a space where you can leave your stroller. This space is located near the restrooms by the ray area.
We recommend using this facility.
SEA LIFE Scheveningen does not have space where you can eat and drink your own food and drink, but you are free to eat what you have brought along the way.
Smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages or other narcotics is not allowed in SEA LIFE Scheveningen.
You can purchase a combination ticket for admission to SEA LIFE Scheveningen and one Virtual Reality Experience. The time slot you book is for the admission to SEA LIFE Scheveningen. Our virtual reality experiences are offered on a first-come, first-served basis; during busy times, there may be a waiting line. If your plans change, you can rebook your tickets online for free.
There are five different films: Shark Dive, Swimming with Humpback Whales, The Flight of the Manta Rays, The Mermaid’s Quest, and Legend of Lusca.
Children 15 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.
Please note: The virtual reality experience is not suitable for children under 6 years of age, people under 0.9m tall, pregnant women, or anyone with medical conditions related to light, sound, or movement.
You can book tickets for your Behind the Scenes tour directly online. To do so, first add the desired ticket to your shopping cart, and then select the upgrade for your Behind the Scenes experience during the booking process!
The ticket is valid only for the selected tour time. We recommend starting your tour of the aquarium about 60 minutes before the tour begins. The meeting point is located at the end, near the Virtual Reality pods. The Behind the Scenes Tour lasts approximately 30 minutes. After the tour, you can re-enter the attraction to finish the experience if you’d like.
The Behind the Scenes Tour is not fully accessible to visitors with limited mobility or who use a wheelchair. As a result, not all parts of the tour can be visited.
The recommended age for the Behind the Scenes Tour is 10 years. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.
When you arrive, there may be a queue in front of the cash register with people who want to buy a ticket. There is no separate box office for people who have bought an online ticket in advance.
The speed of the staff and the cash register system ensures that you never have to wait very long.
To protect the health and safety of you and our animals, we ask you not to touch the animals and to keep your hands out of the water.
All animals are fed food that fits in with their specific diet. The type of food and any supplements are carefully composed, therefore, it is not allowed to feed the animals.
You can certainly take photos, as many as you like! However, you are not allowed to use a flash. Flash light is very harmful to many of our animals, they can go blind and even die from the effects of stress. We also ask that you do not use a tripod as this will cause congestion and inconvenience to other visitors.
Unfortunately, we do not have a cloakroom or lockers. We are therefore unable to store any items for you during your visit and would ask you to keep your belongings with you.
There is a souvenir shop just before the exit of SEA LIFE. Here we sell nice memories of your visit and also the photo that may have been taken of you when you entered can be seen here.
In the corridor where our toilets are located there is a baby changing room. There you can change or feed your child.
Dogs are not allowed in SEA LIFE (with the exception of an assistance dog).
