Do your prices differ online and on the telephone to what they are on the day?

Do we accept promotional/discounted vouchers?

We do from time-to-time have vouchers that are accepted with different discounts and offers. Please read all Terms and Conditions thoroughly prior to your arrival. Vouchers and promotional deals can only be used when purchasing full priced adult or child tickets on the day here at the aquarium. Vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any online or telephone bookings and can not be used with any other promotional offers or deals. You must have a printed copy of your voucher and any other required items. 

How can I redeem my promotional voucher online?

To redeem a promo code online, click the 'Buy Tickets' button. When the store opens, navigate to the 'Promotional Code' box on the top right of the store and input your code there. 


Do you sell tickets for other attractions in Orlando?

We have many ticket combinations and you can receive great discounts on tickets to The Icon (formerly Coca-Cola Orlando Eye, Madame Tussauds Orlando, LEGOLAND Florida and LEGOLAND Florida Water Park. Please check our tickets page for more details. For the best price, pre-book your tickets online at least 24 hours ahead of your visit. 

Do I have to visit all the attractions in my combination ticket in one day?

You can if you like, but if you would like to space it out a little you can do so too. You will need to visit the issuing attraction on the date you have selected when booking and then you will have all your other tickets printed at the issuing attractions entrance. You will then have 30 days to visit the other attractions within your combination ticket.


How long will it take me to visit view the whole attraction?

On average it will take you 1 hour to enjoy SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium. However dependent upon your visit, we have a host of talk times and dive shows to experience. Once inside you are welcome to stay as long as you wish inside of our underwater world. 

Where do I need to queue?

When you arrive at the aquarium you will find that we have a general queue line and a priority queue line. Depending on which ticket you have purchased/wanting to purchase will depend on where you need to queue. Please ask one of our very friendly members of staff who will be more than happy to assist you and show you which queue to join.

Can we touch the creatures?

For the health and safety of you and our animals, we ask that you do not touch any of our animals unless invited to by a member of staff. We have a rock-pool display where you are welcome to touch our starfish and crabs under the supervision of our fully trained staff. 

Are there any creatures we can feed?

Unfortunately, we do not have feeding experiences for our guests, but we do have fin-tastic talk times where you can watch our team feed our creatures. Please view our Talks and Feeding times page for information on all the feeds and talks we do daily.

Am I allowed to take photos at SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium?

Yes! We want you to take your memories of our creature’s home with you, however we do not permit the use of any flash photography as this can scare, harm and even blind our creatures. 

Is there anywhere to store my belongings or stroller?

We unfortunately do not have any facilities for you to be able to store your belongings, this includes strollers. However, we do allow strollers inside of our aquarium! 

Do you have a gift shop?

We do have a gift shop and this is located at the exit of SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium!

Can I eat and drink once inside SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium?

Eating and drinking within the aquarium is not permitted.

Is there anywhere to eat lunch at SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium?

There is not food or drink available inside of the Aquarium, but there are multiple eating at Icon 360 and nearby on International Drive. 

What happens if I need to leave before the end of my visit?

All tickets are valid for the whole day, so if you need to re-enter due to unforeseen circumstances please let one our friendly staff know! 

Is there a place for nursing mothers?

Currently we do not have a place designated for nursing mothers, however staff on the day will be only too happy to assist you in finding somewhere private.
