No, visitors are not allowed in our park with their pets. we develop strength, because this can be dangerous for the safety and health of our own animals and of our visitors. We also don't have an area where we can accommodate visitors' dogs or other pets. The only exception we make here is for assistance or guide dogs (for example, for visitors with a visual or motor impairment).

After activating your Bongo voucher, you can immediately use it as an entrance ticket. You only need to book a time slot via our website.

Holders of a valid teacher card get free access on Wednesdays, weekends and during holiday periods.

Yes, except for the climbing course and the playground. A toilet for disabled guests is also available at the entrance of the park.

Each wheelchair user is allowed to bring 1 companion free of charge who can help him/her with, for example, a slope that is too steep.

 

If you already have a ticket that you bought on our website, you don't have to take any further action. If you have a ticket through a partner of ours, you can reserve a time slot via our tickets page. Then select the section "I already have a ticket/time slot reservation".

Is it a large, adult seal or has the animal died? Then contact the MUMM (government agency) via 059 24 20 50.

Is it a seal pup? First check whether it has already been reported on our Facebook page. Didn't see anything pass yet? Send location & images to soszeehond@gmail.com. Our animal caretakers will then contact you.

 

We ensure that the animals in our park are cared for as optimally as possible. Unfortunately, it is possible to care for private animals from uninjured wild animals. You can always contact your vet from one of the recognized Reception Centers for Birds and Wild Animals (VOC), which is an umbrella organization and is supported by Vogelbescherming Vlaanderen. These centers include: for the shelter, care and rehabilitation of native birds. On the website of the VOC you will find a list with all contact details of the various centers. (For example in Beernem and in Ostend.)

This is possible in the toilets at the entrance of our park.

Yes, a toilet visit in our park is free on the day of your visit.

Of course you are allowed to take pictures and film to take home beautiful souvenirs of your visit to SEA LIFE. Professional photographers must request permission 1 week in advance (info@sealife.be). The use of a strobe light is prohibited so as not to disturb the animals.

Yes, it costs €5 per day. It does not belong to Sea Life Blankenberge but to the city of Blankenberge.

You only have to book a time slot if you want to buy a ticket at our cash register. When you buy a ticket on our website it is included in the ticket.

It is not necessary to book a time slot when you have bought a ticket on our website because the time slot is included in your ticket.

You can only book a time slot on our website before you come at SEA LIFE Blankenberge. Without this you will not be able to buy a ticket at our cash register.

Eat

We only sell snacks and drinks, but no meals. Chips, ice cream, chocolate bars, candy, soft drinks and delicious Slushies can be bought in the shop at the reception.

We have two places (inside and outside) with chairs and tables so that you can eat but the number of places is limited.

Yes, you can bring your meal with you.

Schools

Due to the measures to contain the corona virus, the Bakery is currently closed. You can still buy chips, ice cream, candy, soda and delicious Slushies in the shop.

Les titulaires d'une carte d'enseignant en cours de validité bénéficient d'un accès gratuit les mercredis, week-ends et pendant les périodes de vacances. C'est uniquement dans un contexte familial, donc pas dans un contexte scolaire. De cette façon, vous pouvez vous familiariser gratuitement avec notre offre et préparer de manière optimale votre visite de classe.
