Neen, bezoekers mogen niet met hun huisdier in ons park. Daarin moeten we streng zijn, want dit kan gevaarlijk zijn voor de veiligheid en de gezondheid van onze eigen dieren en van onze bezoekers. We hebben ook geen zone waar we honden of andere huisdieren van bezoekers kunnen opvangen. De enige uitzondering die we hier maken, is voor assistentie- of geleidehonden (bijvoorbeeld voor bezoekers met een visuele of motorische beperking).

Ja, op het klimparcours en de speeltuin na. Er is aan de inkom van het park ook een toilet voor mindervalide gasten beschikbaar.

Iedere rolstoelgebruiker mag kostenloos 1 begeleider meebrengen die hem/haar kan helpen bij bijvoorbeeld een te stijle helling.

Gaat het om een grote, volwassen zeehond of is het dier overleden? Contacteer dan het BMM (overheidsinstantie) via 059 24 20 50.

Gaat het om een zeehondenpup? Controleer eerst even of er al melding van gemaakt is op onze Facebookpagina. Nog niets zien passeren? Stuur dan locatie & beeldmateriaal naar soszeehond@gmail.com. Onze dierenverzorgers nemen dan verder contact met je op.

Wij zorgen er uiteraard voor dat de dieren in ons park zo optimaal mogelijk verzorgd worden. Helaas is het niet mogelijk om daarnaast dieren van particulieren of gewonde wilde dieren te verzorgen. Je kan steeds terecht bij jouw dierenarts of één van de erkende Opvangcentra voor Vogels en Wilde Dieren (VOC), overkoepeld en ondersteund door Vogelbescherming Vlaanderen. Deze centra staan o.a. in voor de opvang, de verzorging en de revalidatie van inheemse, wilde vogels. Op de website van het VOC vind je een lijst met alle contactgegevens van de verschillende centra. (Bijvoorbeeld in Beernem en in Oostende.)

Dat kan in de toiletten aan de ingang van ons park.

Ja, een toiletbezoek in ons park is gratis op de dag van je bezoek.

Natuurlijk mag je fotograferen en filmen om mooie souvenirs aan jullie bezoek bij SEA LIFE mee naar huis te nemen. Beroepsfotografen dienen wel 1 week vooraf toestemming aan te vragen (info@sealife.be). Het gebruik van een flitslicht is echter verboden om de dieren niet te storen.

Ja, het kost €7 per dag. Het behoort niet toe aan SEA LIFE Blankenberge maar aan de stad Blankenberge. De prijs van de parking kan varieren en wij niet verantwoordelijk zijn voor prijsverschillen.

There is no need to print the tickets, our e-mail confirmation is enough to show at the checkout.

Holders of a valid teachers' card, get free admission on Wednesdays, weekend days and during holiday periods. You must make a time reservation on our website and then show you teacher card at our checkout.

Yes, this is possible! It is important to book a time slot in advance, but payment is made at the entrance. With the digital sports and culture vouchers, we accept both Edenred and Sodexo. But with the paper variant, we only accept Sodexo, and therefore not Edenred.

Booking a time slot is mandatory. This prevents long queues at the checkout and in the park. Without a time slot, access may be refused on busy days.

When you purchase a Star ticket or an Anytime ticket from us, you will receive a discount code that you can use for your Discovery ticket (at the earliest 1 month before the trip). This will give you a 50% discount on your train ticket!

Due to the measures to contain the corona virus, the Bakery is currently closed. You can still buy chips, ice cream, candy, soda and delicious Slushies in the shop.

Les titulaires d'une carte d'enseignant en cours de validité bénéficient d'un accès gratuit les mercredis, week-ends et pendant les périodes de vacances. C'est uniquement dans un contexte familial, donc pas dans un contexte scolaire. De cette façon, vous pouvez vous familiariser gratuitement avec notre offre et préparer de manière optimale votre visite de classe.

Yes, except for the climbing course and the playground of course. There is also a toilet for people in wheelchairs at the entrance of the park.

Each wheelchair user is allowed to bring 1 companion free of charge who can help him/her with, for example, a slope that is too steep.
