Every pass holder will also be entitled to a Loyalty card, which will allow guests to collect prizes as they visit throughout the year.
How many vouchers do I need to collect?
You need to collect 4 differently numbered vouchers from Monday-Friday, for each person looking to purchase a pass.
I only collected 3 vouchers – what can I do?
There will be limited copies of the Dorset Echo for sale during the week.
How many application forms do I need to collect?
You will need one per person, plus all of the tokens for a pass.
I didn’t get an application form - what can I do?
We will have a limited supply of copies of the Dorset Echo which contain the application forms for sale.
When can I come and purchase my passes?
You can purchase and upload your details online at sealifeweymouth.com (follow details on the application form) and collect at a convenient time. Forms can also be handed in at Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park between the 21st – 29th January providing that you have all the relevant paperwork and photos. Times when you can redeem your passes can be found in the Dorset Echo.
Do under 3’s need a pass?
Children under 3 gain entry for free at both the Park and Jurassic Skyline, and therefore do not need a pass. If you child turns three during 2017 – then we recommend purchasing a pass now as this offer will not be repeated and your child will have to pay full price to visit for the rest of the year after their birthday.
I left my paperwork at home - what can I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot process your passes without all the relevant paperwork and photos. If you have redeemed your passes online and paid, you will still need to bring in all of your paperwork.
I need 3 passes, but only have 2 forms and vouchers – what can I do?
Unfortunately, we need one application form and set of vouchers per person purchasing a pass.
I cannot visit park anytime between the 21st -29th January – what can I do?
We understand that not everyone will be able to visit park on these dates/times. Feel free to contact us in advance, to discuss a convenient time. We have added the online service this year to simplify things so you can pay and redeem online and then come into the attraction to collect. We will not be able to redeem forms after the closing date unless we have been previously informed.
I don’t have passport sized photos for each person requiring a pass – what can I do?
If you use our new online service this year you will not need photos. If you are processing your application offline, you will need to bring photos for each person.
I am registered disabled, will I be able to collect my pass as normal and how do I get a carer pass?
Absolutely. Carer's are entitled to one free pass per paying registered disabled guest. To get a carer pass you will need to bring a DLA letter and show upon redemption. Please note, carer's don't need an application form and tokens collected from the Dorset Echo.
How long will it take to collect my passes?
We cannot guarantee how long it will take to build your passes, as this is dependent on the number of guests. Rest assured that we will be trying our best to keep queues down to a minimum throughout the promotion. Our Facebook page will have regular queue updates. We appreciate your help in ensuring you are prepared so that we can avoid any unnecessary delays – thank you!
