School trip
A visit to SEA LIFE gives children lots of new experiences. They learn about the different inhabitants of the ocean and how we can protect the environment. They meet special animals and stand face to face with rays, sharks and our sea turtle Ernie.
Crayfish for Max & Skittle
Because exotic crayfish are harmful to Dutch waters, they are caught by the Water Board (Hoogheemraadschap), but what to do with all those caught crayfish? Otters Max and Skittle can eat the crayfish for months.
Last weekend, thanks to the Hoogheemraadschap, they were allowed to feast on the crayfish.
