Beach Cleans

Unfortunately there are currently no beach clean events planned for the remainder of 2020, but we hope to be able to arrange some next year.

Who can get involved?

Everyone of all ages are welcome! From individuals looking to make a difference; to families, youth groups, student groups and local community groups, everyone is welcome to join us in helping to protect our native wildlife!

What do I need to bring to an event?

We provide any equipment necessary so volunteers only need to dress for the weather and bring their enthusiasm, protective gloves if they have them and a packed lunch if attending a beach clean.

×

What are the benefits of helping at an event?

You will have the chance to directly help to protect and conserve our native aquatic creatures. These events are a great family day activity and a wonderful way to help children develop their understanding of local habitats and the importance of protecting our natural resources.

How do I sign up?

Email info@sealifeweymouth.com to sign up so we can gauge numbers and the equipment we'll need, or for any further questions about the events. Visit our Facebook page for more information and live updates.

WE ARE NOW OPEN!

We encourage all guests to adhere to the latest guidance around social distancing procedures, mask/face covering and current laws on group size formations.
From the 24th September 2020 you will also find NHS QR ‘check-in’ code posters at key entry points around our attractions. These QR posters are optional and can be scanned on the NHS COVID-19 smartphone App. We encourage all our guests to help protect themselves and each other when visiting our attraction
