Covid-19 Guest Information

UPDATE 22.02.2021

Following the recent update from the UK Government in response to COVID-19, we are following the latest guidance and will  remain temporarily closed as a precautionary measure.   

We are in contact with the relevant authorities and will work to reopen the attraction to guests as soon as we are able to do so.   

If you already have a booking with us and the attraction is closed when you were due to visit, your ticket is valid until 31st December 2021. We will be in touch with guests that have pre-booked tickets during the time we will be closed and thank you in advance for your patience. 

Please note that we will provide an update when we are in a position to make tickets available again for purchase or re-book.

Ticket Information & Bookings

Following the latest update from the UK Government on its response to COVID-19, SEA LIFE Blackpool will remain temporarily closed in line with Government guidance.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and reopen when we are able to do so. Please keep checking our website and social media channels for the latest information.   

If you have booked a ticket to visit us in the near future, your ticket may need to be revalidated if we are closed on your visit date and you will be able to rearrange your visit for a later date. Once we have an authorised re-opening date, we will be making tickets available to those customers to rebook, with varying extension dates based on the ticket type you have purchased.   


If your tickets were purchased through a third-party, we ask you to contact the company directly. If they require any information from us, please email our Guest Experience Team on and we will be more than happy to help.

Due to the most recent closure we are reviewing the extension of all local annual passes and will communicate any updates as soon as possible.
