Disabled Access

At SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord, our entire facility is accessible by individuals with disabilities. There are also disabled facilities in the restrooms.

We do not offer wheelchairs for rent, however, you may rent a wheelchair from Concord Mills Mall.

RESTROOMS
& BABY CHANGING

There are restrooms and baby changing stations in the aquarium. These facilities are near the children's play area, just after Dive Station 8.

 




 

 

Stroller Policy

This aquarium is stroller accessible, however, we encourage our guests to leave strollers in the car unless absolutely necessary. Strollers may not exceed the width of a standard wheelchair and double strollers are discouraged.

 

FOOD & DRINKS

SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord Aquarium does not allow outside food or drink into the attraction, so we encourage you to dine before or after your visit. Your general admission ticket permits re-entry, so you can always leave and come back to finish your visit!

SERVICE ANIMALS

We permit service dogs to enter the aquarium, however, no other pets are allowed.

ADMISSION

All visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

 

ALL-WEATHER FUN

SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord is indoors, so your visit will not be affected by the weather.
