What will I see when I visit SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord Aquarium?
SEA LIFE is a 36,000 square-foot indoor aquarium. This one-of-a-kind experience will get you up close and face-to-face with amazing underwater creatures such as sharks, stingrays, sea stars, sea horses, jellyfish and thousands of colorful fish! This fascinating underwater world is waiting for you to explore.
Where is SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord Aquarium located?
SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord is located on the North side at Entry 7 in the Concord Mills Mall – 8111 Concord Mills Blvd, Concord N.C. 28027.
When is the best time to visit?
When planning a trip to SEA LIFE, try to choose a date that falls outside the attraction's busiest times. Lines are usually shorter on weekdays versus weekends. Note: School field trip season occurs September- mid December and January-early May of each year. Mornings are typically busier than afternoons and evenings are even better!
May I bring food or snacks into the Aquarium?
SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord Aquarium does not allow outside food or drink into the attraction.
Are there any restrictions for the children's play zone?
Due to state health and safety regulations children in the play zone area are required to wear socks and must be under 4'9" tall.
Accessibility
Is SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord Aquarium wheelchair and stroller accessible?
Yes, the attraction is accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. The aquarium is two stories tall and has elevators that are accessible for all guests.
Are wheelchairs available for rent at SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord?
SEA LIFE does not have wheelchairs available for rent; however Concord Mills Mall has manual wheelchairs available at the Guest Services Center located in Neighborhood 4.
Is parking easily accessible?
SEA LIFE is located on the north side of Concord Mills Mall near Entry 7. Public parking is available near the entrance with designated disabled parking spaces. A passenger drop-off/pick-up zone is available by Entry 7 as well.

Purchasing Tickets & Discounts
How much does it cost to visit?
Tickets purchased at the door are $21+tax for Adult admission and $17+tax for Child admission. Children 2 years and under are free.
Can I buy tickets in advance?
Yes, you may purchase tickets online at www.sealifeus.com. You may also purchase group tickets (for groups of 10 or more people) by calling our sales office at 1.866.229.1573 or by sending an e-mail to kelly.finnessy@MerlinEntertainments.biz.
When purchasing tickets online why do I need to select a time for my visit?
We ask that guests select an available entry time for their visit to help with the flow of traffic into the aquarium. Once inside you may stay as long as you like.
If online tickets are unavailable for purchase may I still visit the aquarium?
Yes, you may purchase walk-up tickets at our admissions center if the date and time you wish to visit is unavailable for purchase online. Tickets will be sold first-come, first-served. Please be aware that due to popularity there could be an extended wait time to purchase tickets.
What if I can't visit on the date that I selected online?
Online Tickets are valid for 14 days forward from the selected visit date. Please enter through the pre-purchased ticket line to claim your tickets. Tickets will become null and void after 14 days from the selected visit date. Refunds are not offered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express at SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord Aquarium. For online purchases we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Do you have any discounts?
Through the course of the year, SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord will offer various discounts for a limited time period. Please check our website, Facebook page and local media for future discount announcements. Discounts are only valid when purchasing standard full-price tickets at the door. Offer cannot be combined with specials or discounts. SEA LIFE cannot guarantee entry or availability of walk-up tickets.
Do you offer any special military discount?
At SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord we honor and recognize our US service men and women in uniform. US military personal active or inactive may purchase an admission ticket for $18.00 at the front admissions counter by presenting a valid US military I.D.
