Disabled Access

At the Aquarium, we have disabled access throughout the centre. There are also disabled toilets available within the centre.

Please note in the penguin enclosure and the bay of rays, there is an additional viewing platform that is not wheelchair accessible due to the stairwells. These enclosures are still viewable at ground level.

BUGGY POLICY

This aquarium is fully buggy accessible. We unfortunately do not have any cloakroom facilities for you to be able to store your belongings. 

EATING & DRINKING

SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth has a restaurant providing adult and children meals and a selection of delicious cakes. There is an option of Gluten Free food available too.

 

 

DOGS
& OTHER ANIMALS

Guide Dogs are permitted in the Aquarium.

 

 

 

CHILDREN'S SOFT PLAY AREA

Whilst enjoying a snack or meal in the restaurant, the children can explore our pirate ship soft play area free of charge.

ALL-WEATHER FUN

As the Aquarium is indoors your visit will not be affected by the weather. However, please be aware that in peak season the queue may extend as far as the outside, where we can not guarantee the weather!

COVID-19 UPDATE: Following the latest UK Government update, SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth remains OPEN as we are situated in a COVID-19 Medium Alert area. If you are travelling from a Very High Alert area please read this https://www.gov.uk/guidance/local-covid-alert-level-very-high

We encourage all guests to adhere to the latest guidance around social distancing procedures, mask/face covering and current laws on group size formations.
From the 24th September 2020 you will also find NHS QR ‘check-in’ code posters at key entry points around our attractions. These QR posters are optional and can be scanned on the NHS COVID-19 smartphone App. We encourage all our guests to help protect themselves and each other when visiting our attraction
