SEA LIFE x Rush Trampolin park
With the Rush + SEA LIFE combo ticket, you can jump for 1.5 hours at Rush and explore the secrets of underwater life at SEA LIFE with a day ticket! The ticket can be purchased on-site at SEA LIFE or Rush Trampoline Park, as well as from Rush's online store. The ticket is valid until the end of 2026.
SEA LIFE x SKYWHEEL
With the SEA LIFE + SKYWHEEL combo ticket, you can enjoy Helsinki from a bird's and fish's perspective! The ticket is available for purchase at the SEA LIFE and SKYWHEEL ticket offices. The ticket is valid until the end of 2026.
Terms of use
TERMS OF USE AND TICKET POLICY FOR SEA LIFE HELSINKI ONLINE STORE
Tickets purchased from the online store are valid only for entry to Sea Life. Purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Reservation times can be rescheduled through our website using the reservation number as many times as needed. Rescheduling of the ticket costs 1 euro.
The validity period of a ticket or gift card is stated on the ticket or gift card.
Sea Life is not responsible for lost tickets.
Unused tickets, tickets purchased for the wrong date, or tickets bought for the wrong price category will not be refunded. Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards. Tickets purchased on-site or through resellers are also non-refundable.
By purchasing a ticket, you accept our terms of use and safety regulations, and refunds will not be issued. This also applies to tickets purchased online.
The payment method for a product purchased from the online store cannot be changed afterward, for example, to a gift card.
A gift card is valid for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase. The gift card will be sent to the provided email or postal address. The gift card must be used within its validity period. Expired gift cards are not accepted as a payment method. The validity period of the gift card cannot be extended or renewed. Gift cards cannot be canceled, and payments will not be refunded.
