Good to know

Like many other companies, we actively monitor how the situation is developing and are in constant communication with the authorities. Please see our hygiene and safety measures before your visit.

The Lake Constance Museum of Natural History is located in the same building. It opens a “window on the lake”, showcasing Lake Constance and its unique landscape. Lovingly displayed animal specimens of the different habitats around
the lake make up the main part of the exhibition.

The museum is family-friendly and accessible for people with a disability.

Admission is included with every SEA LIFE ticket!

SEA LIFE Constance is barrier-free and has an elevator that makes all levels accessible. Of course there are also two corresponding restrooms which can be accessed with a wheelchair.

All visitors with a "B" in the handicapped ID receive a discounted entrance price and may bring along an accompanying person free of charge.

Please reserve a time slot (for "other tickets") and pay the reduced admission price at our entrance.

SEA LIFE Constance is air-conditioned and therefore also worth a trip on hot days in summer, but also on bitterly cold days in winter.
If the temperatures are high in summer, you can cool down in the Antarctic area with our cute penguins! Afterwards you can enjoy an ice cream or a cool drink on our terrace with lake view. In winter, our completely heated building offers a warm welcome, especially in the rainforest area with our tropical fish of the Amazon.

Tip: We recommend a visit to SEA LIFE Constance on warm and sunny days, especially during vacation periods. In general, the number of visitors on these days is much lower than on rainy days, the waiting times are shorter and our visitors can experience our sea creatures up close in a relaxed atmosphere.

Our SEA LIFE Constance Bistro with adjoining terrace with lake view offers a selection of snacks, cold drinks, coffee and cake.

In the aquarium itself, however, there is a ban on the consumption of food and drink brought by the guests themselves. This is for hygienic reasons. Baby food is excluded from this of course.

SEA LIFE Constance has no lockers or storage facilities for luggage or umbrellas. For this reason, we recommend that you use the lockers in the LAGO Shopping Center or at the train station in Constance if necessary.

Dogs and other animals are not allowed in the exhibition. However, duide dogs are welcome.

We are pleased to offer our guests free WiFi in some areas.

In order to further optimize the visitor experience of our guests, we offer free WiFi in some areas. The expansion of the areas covered is in progress, so that young and old can soon stay connected to the rest of the world during their entire dive in our attraction.

We are child-friendly!

SEA LIFE Constance is barrier-free and child-friendly. Entrance for infants under two years of age is free of charge. Please note that children under 12 years of age are only admitted when accompanied by an adult.

The most fun to visit is for children between the ages of 3-11 years, but that depends on their interests of course. In general, there are many exciting things for young and old to discover and interesting and new things to learn at interactive stations.

Did you know: Many of our pools and aquariums are at ground level, so the little ones have a clear view of our animals.

The toilets are located in the entrance area and in the bistro. The changing area is also located there. There are no other toilets in the exhibition.

We recommend leaving baby carriages in the car if possible, or parking them in our baby carriage parking lot at the entrance and taking a carrycot for children who cannot walk yet.

On very busy days we ask for your understanding that twin and double baby carriages cannot be taken into the aquarium. In the entrance area there are a few parking spaces for strollers. Please note, however, that this area can only be offered according to availability. The parking of the stroller in the entrance area is at your own risk; no liability can be accepted. If necessary, you can take the baby carriage with you into the aquarium due to the barrier-free construction. Please be considerate of other guests and make sure that they also have a free view of our tanks.

Riding bikes in the attraction is prohibited. Balance bikes and similar bikes must be parked in the baby carriage parking lot at the entrance.

Bicycle trailers and handcarts are not permitted in the attraction due to the narrow design of some parts of the tour.
