Booking with confidence guarantee
You can book our tickets with the peace of mind that you can rebook and reschedule them free of charge up to one day of your planned visit if something interferes with your plans.
Once you have booked your ticket, you can change your visit date one time within a time window of 90 days up to one day before your visit. It is not possible to adjust the date on the day of your planned visit. To manage your booking through our booking portal, you will need your booking confirmation number and the email address used to make the booking.

If you would like to redeem a voucher code, simply click here and enter your code. Please note that the original voucher must be presented on the day of your visit.
Visitors who have a disability ID card marked with a "B" are entitled to bring one accompanying person free of charge. A valid admission ticket is required for the visitor themselves and can be purchased online. The free ticket for the accompanying person will be issued on arrival.
SEA LIFE Konstanz is fully accessible and equipped with a lift providing access to all levels of the attraction. There are also two accessible restrooms available for wheelchair users.
You can also purchase a ticket on-site. However, we always recommend booking your ticket online. Depending on visitor numbers, we may be fully booked or there may be longer waiting times for on-site ticket purchases.
By booking online, you automatically receive a reserved time slot, ensuring guaranteed entry at your selected time.
The online ticket is only valid on the selected date and during the chosen time slot. Please arrive within your booked time slot, as we cannot guarantee entry before your scheduled time and you may be asked to wait.
Important: If you arrive later than your booked time slot, waiting times may occur before entry.
Days shown in grey are either in the past or already fully booked. Please select the next available date and time slot for your visit.
You are welcome to show your online ticket on your smartphone or tablet at the entrance. Please have your ID card or another form of photo identification ready for verification.
If you paid by credit card, we kindly ask you to present the credit card used for the purchase in addition to your photo ID.
After booking your online tickets, you will first receive an order confirmation by email. Once your payment has been processed and verified, you will receive a second email containing your booking confirmation.
Both emails include a link to your online ticket. Please either print your ticket and bring it with you on the day of your visit, or present it on your smartphone or tablet at the admissions desk.
Please also have your ID card or another form of photo identification ready. If you paid by credit card, we kindly ask that you present the card used for payment along with your ID.

To help us locate your booking and send the confirmation again, please include the email address used for the booking and the approximate date when the booking was made.
Unfortunately, online tickets cannot be changed to a different ticket type at the attraction, even if you are willing to pay the difference.
The only exception is an upgrade from a standard admission ticket to an Annual Pass, which can be arranged during your visit.
The payment card refers to the debit card (EC card), Visa card, or Mastercard that was used to make the booking.
If you paid via PayPal, please bring the card linked to your PayPal account, as we may need it for verification purposes.
