- Ticket changes are free of charge for eligible ticket types, with up to three changes allowed prior to the visit time.
IS MY TICKET ELIGIBLE FOR BOOKING PORTAL?
Click the link above to enter your order number and either the email address or last 4 digits of the barcode associated with your booking to see if your tickets are eligible. Alternatively, click on the 'manage reservation' link in your confirmation email. Not all ticket types - including some promotional tickets are eligible for changes.
CAN I MOVE MY TICKETS TO ANY DATE?
Once you have logged into your booking portal account, you will have access to a list of available dates and times to choose from. Based on the type of your ticket, only dates that are the same price or cheaper will be displayed.
Peak periods such as weekends and school holidays are our busiest and fill up fast, therefore please anticipate low availability if you try and move tickets close to peak times.
HOW LATE CAN I LEAVE IT TO CHANGE MY BOOKING?
We appreciate that the best of plans can change last minute, which is why you can book with confidence with us online. We allow amendments to your booking any time before the current entry time associated with your ticket. As soon as you reach or pass the ticket time, you will no longer be able to access your tickets on booking portal.
