Meet Our Sharks!

Bonnethead Shark
Meet Mario & Luigi in our Pacific Ocean habitat!
Did you know that bonnethead sharks were the first known species of shark that are omnivorous? That means they eat both meat and veggies!

Blacktip Reef Shark
Spot Tia & Tamara in our Atlantic Ocean habitat!
Did you know blacktip reef sharks get their name from the black tips on their fins?

Zebra Shark
Find Agave, Luna, & Nebula in our Atlantic Ocean habitat!
Zebra sharks get their name from the stripes they have when they're born. As they grow, the stripes slowly turn into spots which sometimes causes them to get confused for leopard sharks.

Bamboo Shark
Look for our bamboo sharks in our Pacific Ocean habitat!
Unlike most sharks, bamboo sharks tend to stay in the sand and avoid swimming. Their fins help push them along the sand in a motion that looks like crawling or walking!

Epaulette Shark
Spot Ellie in our Feeding Frenzy habitat!
Did you know epaulette sharks have large spots resembling eyes on their backs to scare away predators? They also prefer warm, shallow water in coral reefs and tend to "walk" along the sand to get around!
